Kerstin Craig Carrion Art Portfolio

Welcome to my portfolio page. I use several different art mediums to achieve the final results. I like to use anything from traditional mediums like pencil and oil paint to digital painting and 3d modeling. Scroll below to see my 3D art.

The Battle of Atas oil

Feasting Volucris

Below is another scene completed using Clip Studio Paint. These are fictional creatures called Volucris from the planet Atas. Volucris are mainly seen on the continent called the Untainted Lands where many inconspicuous events happen. The scene is very gruesome and dark, but there’s a story behind it.

I been working hard to improve my story telling within my art pieces. Showing only pretty vistas sometimes doesn’t capture the attention of the viewer if there’s no story involved.

The Ferocious Race to the End

This is a digital painting done using Clip Studio Paint. This picture depicts a famous race on the planet Atas on the continent of Neleona. The race is called the Feraweed 10,000.

The vehicles are named Fozer-056 after its creator who was commissioned by the Cottington military, but later these fast vehicles soon found alternative uses.

The Hunt For the Behemoth

This digital painting was done using Clip Studio Paint. This painting was one of the earlier paintings I competed using Clip Studio Paint as a test to see if I wanted to transition from Corel Painter.

I used a Dean Cornell painting as the inspiration, although the final works compared to each other are nothing alike.

The story of the painting is of a hunt for this massive creature seen on the left of the image. A small team of hunters flushed out the creature from its home, a large hole behind the main characters. I planned this to be apart of the worldbuilding associated with The Cosmic Enigma. Each painting is a learning process.
